Founders starting a business
- “I have the idea. Why am I not moving?”
- “Am I really the one to lead this?”
Executive Coaching
One-to-one coaching for founders and leaders. We look at what is really blocking you, you discover your blind spots — and you get moving again.
Who it’s for
I work one to one with the person, not the role. Maybe one of these sounds familiar.
What changes
Coaching is not about feeling better for an hour. It is about what you do differently afterwards — and knowing how to handle it yourself next time.
You have ideas, but nothing moves. You find out what is holding you back — and you start acting.
You work hard, but the results don’t come. You see possibilities you couldn’t see before — and new actions follow.
You know where you stand, what you need to face, and what you need to do.
What coaching is
Coaching — this page
Not advisory
In advisory, you bring a business challenge and I tell you what I would do. That is a different conversation — and sometimes the right one.
Not therapy
Coaching focuses on discovering blind spots, getting into action and moving forward. For other issues, a therapist is the right person to talk to.
Not sure which one you need? That’s what the first call is for.
How we work
Our sessions follow DARE, the framework I built from my own transformations and from ontological coaching.
Format & investment
Real change takes a few conversations. I recommend at least three sessions, every two weeks or once a month — so there is time to act in between.
No long-term contract: start with one session and stop whenever you want.
Executive coaching session
€200per 1-hour session
How it starts
Tell me a little about you and what is on your mind. I reply personally within 24 hours.
We talk about what you want to work on, and decide together: executive coaching, coaching or advisory.
We work through your topics, one hour at a time. You find the answers — yourself, or through our conversation.
