The story behind the guide

I was the guy who was fit one year and overweight the next.

I tried programs, diets, personal trainers — and every single time I fell back to my old habits. I told myself it was because I was busy. Running a business. Raising kids.

But here's the truth I eventually had to face: being busy had nothing to do with it. The problem was internal, not external. This guide is what I built when I finally stopped lying to myself.
